How long does it take to get my order?
Lead times are generally 20 to 50 days (depending on quantities) from
the time a final artwork is approved AND full payment is received.
Rush orders take a minimum of 20 days and extra charges may apply.
Ordering a sample will add an additional 15 to 20 days to the lead time.
How much will shipping cost?
Postage costs are dependent on weight and preferred delivery method. We use
Australia Post or Gippsland Couriers. Generally, the cost for a 5kg box is around $30,
which is approximately 100 smalls. The estimated weights of the wraps are as follows:
Mini 30gm, Xsmall, 40gm, Small 50gm, Medium 60gm, Large 70gm, Xlarge 80gm,
Jumbo 90gm. Collection from Warragul is available at no cost. Alternatively, we deliver
within a 50km radius of Warragul for $70 or 100km radius of Warragul for $90.
Can you make packs?
Yes, simply choose any size from above to make your own combination for a pack. The prices are according to the list in our catalogue (email to request a copy) with discounts of up to 20% applied for larger orders.

Sleeve – Wraps with the sleeve label post well as a letter and are more efficient and economical for wider postal distribution. The sleeve labels are included in the price. If you need the sleeve label customised there is a flat rate of $60 ex GST for designing. You can design your own and we will provide you with necessary information and measurements, then you can send the completed design to us for printing. You can also outsource the label printing if required, such as for thick cardstock over 200gsm or Pantone colours. Our custom sleeve labels are printed on 170gsm gloss paper in CMYK.
Boxes - The boxes are made from a minimum of 70% recycled cardboard and are made in
Australia. They have a hanging tab as well as a size chart on the back. Please note the boxes do not display as much of the wrap but they offer better protection of the wrap from any dust or too much handling. If you wish to distribute your wraps individually via post, keep in mind the boxes need to be posted as a parcel because they are too wide to be sent as a ‘letter’ and this will add to the cost of postal distribution. Slim boxes cost $1 each and are not customisable. However, we can include a sticker on the box free of charge with your logo or message.
Both boxes and sleeve have instructions included.
Do we offer white label?
We offer co-branding. While we can custom print a sleeve label with your logo, the Little Bumble Branding must be displayed on the back so recipients can be confident of the quality and origin of their wrap. With many inferior wraps manufactured overseas with poor quality ingredients, recipients can be confident our wraps are made to the highest of standards.
Can I choose the fabric types?
No. The fabric we use is 100% certified organic cotton of premium quality and it is the perfect thickness for optimal performance as a food wrap. It is printed in Victoria from our trusted supplier using Oeko-tex certified inks. This is the only fabric type we use for custom wraps to ensure the best results.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, you are able to purchase a sample with your design. A sample is a flat rate of $50 inclusive of GST and express postage. The sample measures approximately 20cm by 20cm and images can be scaled up or down to fit the sample size. The sample will take 10 business days to be completed at our fabric printer then allow a further 5 business days for waxing and postage.
What do I need to supply?
Seamless files (repeated without interruptions) are preferable. Any files provided must be high resolution in either JPG, JPEG, TIF or TIFF. Pixel density of 150PPI is preferred and file must be no larger than 40MB. Colour should be RGB. We prefer seamless files so that the fabric can be cut at any place and still show your logo. We can accept files that are not seamless but it is more difficult to get precise centre alignments and some excess edges may need to be trimmed to get it to fit to size.
Can you design it for me?
With a hi-res logo, we can provide consultations and digital design samples of BASIC designs with plain coloured backgrounds in a variety of layouts. The flat rate fee for this, which includes three revisions, is $90 ex GST.
While we can assist with basic designs, we cannot provide designs with intricate patterns, drawings or illustrations. We do not have an in-house graphic designer so you may wish to hire a graphic designer to assist you with this design and it may cost anywhere from $100 to $300.
Alternatively, you can purchase an extended license on a stock image and we can add your logo to this for a flat rate of $50 ex GST, which will include 3 revisions. Stock images with extended licenses usually cost $85 to $95. We would recommend Shutterstock as they have many options available for seamless designs.
Are there any restrictions on images?
We can print any colour and design you require but we reserve the right to refuse to accept your order should the images not be in line with the mission and values of Little Bumble. We cannot accept any images that are not your own IP or not under correct licensing. Any offensive, inappropriate images or wording will also not be accepted. You must ensure that all supplied designs and drawings are your own intellectual property or you have the legal rights to use them. By approving your quote you are agreeing to give Little Bumble full authorisation to use your logo and designs for the fabric printing of your order. In addition, we will photograph your wraps to use for our own marketing in our catalogue and social media, which can also assist with your own brand exposure. If you would not like this to occur, please notify us at the time of the order so we can note this accordingly on your order. Your design and logos files will be kept confidential and not passed to a third party other than the fabric supplier.
What is the shelf life of the wraps?
The natural properties of the ingredients are ANTI-BACTERIAL! Which make them a perfect food storage solution and allows them to have a shelf life of up to 3 years!
What happens to the remnants?
We always order extra meterage of fabric to allow for shrinkage. Occasionally we have some extra fabric, which can be waxed and available for you purchase at a 50% discount. If you do not wish to purchase the extra wraps, then we will ask your permission to sell them so there is no fabric waste and some extra brand exposure for you! Otherwise, if you prefer your wraps not to be sold to the public, we can use the excess as offcuts for our popular firelighters so there is zero waste!
What are the payment options?
A quote will be sent for approval and full payment is required before fabric printing can commence. We accept credit card or direct deposit.
Can you distribute them directly to my clients?
Yes, we can mail them directly to your clients. We will need a spread sheet with correct address which will be kept confidential. The cost of sending out wraps depends on the number and weight of wraps. We can provide quotes on request. Costs vary between $9 for trackable letters or $10 to $30 on parcels depending on weights and thickness. If you would like to mail us any cards or materials to add to the wraps, we are happy to include these in the mail outs.
