πŸ’– WE LOVE LOCAL GIFTS πŸ’– - Little Bumble Reusable Food Wraps

πŸ’– WE LOVE LOCAL GIFTS πŸ’–

Christmas is a stressful time – it’s the end of the year, everyone is tired and busy and somehow we still need to find time to shop for Christmas presents, sometimes for people you really only see once a year. How do you choose a meaningful gift that someone will enjoy, but which also supports a local business who may have needed to change or adapt over the past 2 years?

It’s no secret that I love food, but I also have too much STUFF at home, so my idea of perfect Christmas gifts centre around food and experiences to share. Hopefully my list helps you reduce the Christmas stress and provides some beautiful gifts for your loved ones this year. Β Β

Anchor Forest Therapy Walks

I’d never even heard of Forest Therapy until I met the lovely Jane, from Anchor Forest Therapy Walks! I was lucky enough to go for a walk with my husband and kids and wow, what an experience! Forest therapy has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety as well as boost the immune system and improve concentration. Jane encourages you to look up, breathe and engage all your senses during the 2-3 hour walk which can be adapted and customised to suit you. I thoroughly recommend this as a perfect experience for anyone who has everything or as a lovely gift to be shared together.

Ishiin Japanese Restaurant, Drouin

It’s no secret that Japanese food is my favourite, and Ishiin in Drouin is our go-to place to eat! With a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, the all-you-can-eat banquet is delicious!! Ishiin use fresh ingredients and prepare food quickly to order. My children love the chicken karaage and order multiple plates! Gift a table to catch up with loved ones by booking online or calling them Wednesday through to Sunday. You won’t be disappointed.Β
