Simple, Healthy & Delicious Kids Snacks

Give our Crunch Snaps and Orange Roll Ups a go for school lunches or as a healthy snack alternative.

They’re so easy to make, full of goodness and pack a big flavour punch the kids will love!

Crunch Snaps

Get creative with these yummy crunchy bites.  You can use any combination of seeds you have and crumbs make the perfect yoghurt topper with berries!

Method:

Melt 1/8 cup coconut oil in a bowl 🥥

Mix in 1/8 cup honey (or maple syrup) 🍯

Stir in 1 cup of mixed seeds, we use 1/3 cup each sesame, pumpkin & sunflower seeds

Bake at 160C for 20-30min or until golden brown

Cool then snap into chunks or crumbs and enjoy! 👌

Orange Roll Ups

Our Orange Roll Ups are packed with Vitamin C and use only two ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh orange pulp 🍊

30gm coconut sugar (or sugar substitute) 🥥

Method:

Mix sugar & pulp then spread into thin layer on baking tray - if you don't have a Little Bumble Reusable Baking Mat, line with baking paper.

Bake in the oven (80C) for 3-5 hours. Time depends on how thin the layer is & your oven settings.

Remove when mixture is no longer sticky & centre has completely dried. Let cool, cut & roll up! 🍊

Place roll-ups in a food wrap for extra protection & freshness.
